Dr, Winer is an Adult Neurologist in Cleveland with a
portion of his practice being a part of University Hospitals
of Cleveland.  His current positions are:

Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology Case-Western
Reserve University School of Medicine. Medical Director  -  
Neurologic Institute at Richmond Medical Center (UH RMC).
Chief of Neurology -  Richmond Medical Center  (UH  
RMC). Co-Director -  Pain management at Richmond
Medical Center (UH RMC)

Fields of interest include neuropathy, radiculopathy, spinal
cord and plexus problems.  He also provides care of many
cervical and lumbar spine issues including canal stenosis, traumatic injuries, failed back
syndromes etc. and has lectured extensively on these topics.  In his position of
neurology chief, he teaches medical students, interns and residents and is in charge of
the neurology lecture series to the house staff at RMC.
